Challenge yourself by learning new skills or pursuing a project that allows you to achieve mastery in something meaningful. This gives your life purpose and helps build feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction. Growth can also come from reading, listening to podcasts, or attending workshops or lectures on exciting topics.

2. Set Meaningful Goals

Set yourself a challenging yet achievable goal and aim high! Establish detailed targets that align with your passions and principles. Set ambitious goals for relationships, inner growth, leisure activities, fitness levels, job responsibilities or educational aspirations.
